After the mandate is fathomed, we fine tune our search strategy, including target sectors and select organizations.

Furthermore, we develop an initial candidate list. After we contact, meet and assess all the potential candidates through telephone and in person interviews, we hand pick the qualified set of candidate profiles which are then presented to the client for their review.

Closure and Follow-up

In the concluding phase of our process, we advise our client to review the apex candidates and facilitate the selection process. We assist our clients in arriving at a competitive and equitable compensation package and guide them through the employment offer. Even after the position is filled we maintain a dialogue with both client and candidate to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
